Off Season Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo

Beach, no crowds, nice breeze, and me...This is the best combination and description of La Ropa

Beach located in Zihuatanejo which is the sister city of Ixtapa. Ixtapa is full of very nice restaurants

and shops. Zihuatanejo is the laid back village where when you sit out on the beach reading or

playing in the surf vendors come by just to see if you need any little thing. The restaurants look out

on the bay and the palm trees and pom from roofs keep the temperature just right. We’ve been to

this same place three times and one of the things you find out early is that you can’t be in a hurry.

We were told that a Mexican minute could last for hours. It only takes maybe a day to get into the

slow flow of this area. The sea food is fresh and great. One place we frequent is La Perla Restaurant. It has two bars and lots of comfortable seating on and off the sand. The people that

work there are very friendly and made every effort to make you comfortable. See you there this

October!
