Kareena Kapoor’s stint in the moviedom has been for an appreciable time period but the movie meticulously utilized the hidden talent restored in her.A bubbly passionate young girl who takes life as it comes with her rosy cheeks expressing the glory of youth and the typical aggressiveness inherent in her has been the hallmark of the movie.The calm and subtle character of Shahid Kapoor was a promising effort and aptly matched with the theme of the movie.
The two lead stars meet in a train with the chatterbox Kareena irritating Shahid to the core who is already suffering from gloominess and depressing over his lost love.He pours anger on her but alas she like a honeybee simply sticks to him.She takes him to her place where the family provides immense warmth and affection to Shahid.She reveals about the man in her life to Shahid and flees away.The family misunderstands the fact that she might have fled with Shahid himself.But when she reaches up to her boyfriend she heads for a disappointed as he does not accept her.She gets heartbroken and starts renewed efforts to rebuild her life by teaching in a school.Shahid unaware of the developments in her life feels that she might be leading a cosy life with her boyfriend.
Shahid regains back his confidence and with hardwork and devotion attains success and recognition in his family business.
Shahid goes to the place of Kareena’s boyfriend to congratulate the couple but is terribly shocked at the helm of affairs in her life.He goes to her school and persuades her to get back with him.Then to give a twist to the story the boyfriend is shown having a change of heart.Shahid, Kareena and her boyfriend go to their hometown but only the pair of Kareena and Shahid gets noticed as everybody feels that they are a couple.Kareena’s boyfriend gets disheartened and feels ignored.He asks Kareena to disclose the reality only to find her having a change of heart!
Kareena had handed over the strings of her heart to Shahid amidst the circumstances influencing her life.She surrenders herself to her saviour and leaves her boyfriend.
