The city is recognize as cultural capital or MP and we proudly called it as’sanskardhani’ . The city has rich influence of cultural and religious activity. The divine and holy river Narmada flows through the heart of this city and for the people here its like mother to them. Meanwhile do visit ghats of narmada if you are coming here. Especially go to dhuandhar and see mesmerizing beauty of smoky waterfall. The city is also known for its marble rock. You can experience it yourself when you explore Bhedaghat
The place has many historical places like madan mahal fort, rani durgavati museum. It has many famous temple and mosque to visit. Also the Jabalpur is a defence hub, center of vehicle and gun factory. We have dumna national park also. The place is full of greenery, no traffic, low pollution and good transport. The aother proud thing to mention is its in the list of first 20 smart cities to be developed.
The few things keep in mind if you are in jabalpur. First, beware with high price of private autowala. You can easily get share autos and metro buses from most of the places. Second, people sound sometime rude but its their natural tone so please co-operate with them. Third, do not break traffic rule, police nowadays very strict here.
