Well I reach this hospital as my father was ill and so many people have suggest me about this hospital so I went there as my father was having a severe abdominal pain
I landed to the emergency ward and there firstly I have to deposit 10000 as security deposit and then the most shocking thing is faced was that in a emergency ward there was no docter
The compounder stated to put bottle to my father and when I asked where is the doctor they said that doctor has suggested this to them on call
After waiting for sometime my patience was about to lose and I shouted on the staff then the doctor came and his first question what I do as earning ? Then he started treatment of my father.
After that we were there for around 7 days and I booked a private room but the service was too bad in that room and doctor visit only during the day rest treatment is done only on call
And u have to make remind nurse about the patient medicine too they just don’t care about anything
I think the whole responsibility was of mine and I didn’t get support from the hospital
Like it was me who take care of medicine time it was me who take my father to the pathology lab for test and it was me who bring the report from the lab and then I show to doctor and then what medicine he suggest it was me to follow that routine I just didn’t get any support from the hospital
After spending seven days they said that there is a 7.2 mm stone of calcium oxalate in the my fathers abdominal and it will take 15 days to get dissolve it and no operation is required medicine is alone enough for that
And my question to them was it took you seven days to find what is the problem! Or they were just increasing the bill amount without any treatment
And on the seventh day I did realize that there is no point to stay there in hospital as I was not getting any facility from the hospital
Even the staff didn’t provided patient lunch in time as my father is a sugar patient so he need food early but they say they have policy to deliver food at 1 pm !
I just don’t understand what was going on ! I would recommend not to go to that useless hospital as it will make ur health more bad instead of treatment. U will just lose ur money and health and time !
After having all this harrassment I paid 90000 to the reception for just seven days with no care in hospital
