I will not say that this Web site doesn’t have good products or quality products as there is no doubt that the things you buy here are really good and you get what you see here the website is no fraud or unprofessional in terms of quality of products but the thing is that that is not the problem here, the problem here is that the ordering, return and courier services.
In my case when u bought the shoes from here puma branded. The shoes were not exactly that much darker I’m shade as in picture but actually were pretty Grey so I tried to return it to get the refund or if possible a replacement of other product.
But turned out the courier company was not available that does the return on my area so I called them and told them my problem. They said they can send it privately and they will refund that amount also after showing the courier slip.
I did and the product reached them but it took a lot of hassel to tell them that the product is returned and I want the refund. It happened for 35 days toll finally they did some enquires and I got the refund. And after such a great trouble I didn’t purchased anything from them as I didn’t wanted to go through that headache again.
But still I won’t say their product is bad but it will be really great if they could improve such courier related and refund problems.
