Worst service delivery ethics

Subject: Blunder of Order #120502202967577


Hi,


On 2nd May 2012 I ordered a lamp shade at your site as a gift for my mother in my hometown Jammu.They received it in Shattters on 5th May 2012. I called your representive at call centre expecting No Questions Asked Return Policy and talked to Arjun at the call centre.


But here’s where the blunder starts of your company, according to him all your company can do is get me a refund. Secondly your prestigious company doesn’t have a return pickup service in jammu(the shipping address) and my parents have to courier it back to you people at Gurgoan. Though it can be refunded too but Wow.Let me summarize what this meant as a customtakeouter:


I living in Pune surprise gifted a 1.2k gift to my 60+ parents in my hometown.


They received it in shatters 3 days later.


Now acc to your no return policy they have to courier it back to you on their bday.Baschandru021y asking them to pay for a courier which was meant to be their gift!


Also I got to hear what you people should have heared from my parents, about what stupid company sends a glass object in such a shabby shape not even using a thermacol packing, why cant you order a better stuff and all.


I wasn’t gonna take it easily, so I talked to Arjun’s supervisor, namely Mr. Tushar to whom my only request was to atleast get it picked back by your people form my hometown. According to him he did all he could do and since it’s weekend has asked me to wait till Monday afternoon. The total time taken for the call was a mammoth 40 minutes.


Now i’ll be waiting till Monday but just hope atleast its a happy ending as i’m done shopping at your website and will make sure no one in my vicinity shops again at your website.


A small adivse, Such policies won’t take your company any higher and what these do is only help in loosing your customtakeouters. I was told your comany is in the process of renewing the policy but till then start making certain exceptions to ur policies. A Happy customtakeouter just needs a gud delivery a much much better return.


Don’t know what the hell i’m gonna do with the refund you guys if payback in 7 days. Such scene has left me with no options for sending a gift to my mother. Deeply Hurt.


If you guys want to make it Big, please send this mail to the highest authority. Then only they will understand where they are going wrong.
