I ordered and paid for 1 adidas backpack and puma running shoe on 24/6/2017 on jabong . After 1day I cancelled the item and booked another brand.So I got the emails relating about the refund of cash which I already paid via debit card.so was waiting for delivery of 2nd order and 1order refund.After 1 week the product delivered.But the product was adidas backpack and puma shoe which I cancelled earlier.I called the delivery team( ekart) and they said they are not responsible for pickup of products, they only deliver.
Then I called the jabong about the issue they apologized first and told me to self ship the products because pickup is not available in my area( formerly it was available) .They suggested to self ship the product through dtdc courier service.I paid rs290 for both products and later they successfully delivered to the jabong.I got the refund of both product but delivery charge has not been refunded as they promised via mail.I mailed many times and doesnt responded.I called them and they always says to wait few more days.I even sent copy of courier slips to them.i fedup and stopped call. Without any reason I losed rs290.If it was flipkart they will pickup the item and we dont need to engage in any shipment.
