Don’t think for shopping through jabong.com
Its my personal experience. I ordered a pair of shoes some time back. I was not satisfied and so returned it back. I didn’t get the cashback but instead they transferred it to my jabong credits. Then I ordered a Nike sweatshirt and a pair of shoes from the reaming credits. I again returned the shoes because of size issues. It was very uncomfortable. Then I again ordered a pair of GAS shoes. I kept finally because I feared if my credits goes waste. Its not even 10 months and the shoes are deteriorated.
The product quality is very poor. They attract customers through great deals but deals can’t heal your problems faced after that. The customer service is very good. They helped me get the product return because it was over a month and no one had turned up to collect it from my place. They disagreed that we won’t take it a return but finally understood my point and helped me out.
