Order number: 140816993440965 . I’m not a hater, It is such a let down by jabong.com that actually made me write a hate review about anyone! Hate review about Jabong is my first hate review ever, no website has disgusted me so much!
For independence day coupon "fashion42" I ordered 17 items from jabong out of which ONE was the only one(worth 150 bucks) they said they could dispatch and about all the others? they said suddenly their stocks ran out and another one said quality issues so stocks were held up and another one really ridiculously said my orders were CANCELLED since my zip code was not covered under their home delivery zone!(EVEN THOUGH I’VE ORDERED FROM THE SAME ADDRESS SO MANY TIMES BEFORE!) they have the audacity to tell me they had cancelled my order WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE! so why the heck bother ordering their as the their competitors flipkart/ ebay/ amazon/ myntra/ snapdeal does a better job by million times than Jabong did and without obviously over pricing items just so we can use their’coupons’ and pretend to get a good deal! for those of you suspicious(please call jabong about my order to check) I don’t work with any of the above mentioned websites but I’m a loyal customer who Jabong disgusted with their unacceptable work ethics!
to top it all, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! I called in for another order few days ago regarding ordering a perfume and I called in to ask if there was replacement if the product did not identify as genuine, since I was going to gift it to a friend and an idiot there TOLD, "it’s not good religiously to gift a perfume to someone" what sort of an idiot gives such a stupid advice? and warns not to buy perfume from Jabong! HE WORKS THERE AND HE SAID THERE IS A CHANCE PERFUMES SOLD IN JABONG COULD BE FAKE!
IF YOU CAN’T SELL GOOD STUFF IT IS AN ISSUE BUT IF YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE THE STUFF YOU CLAIM TO SELL IT IS FRIGGIN CHEAT! DON’T BLAME ON SOME POOR COURIER COMPANIES FOR YOUR MISTAKES OF SELLING ALREADY SOLD OUT PRODUCTS AND YES I’M WRITING ALL THIS IN CAPS TO SCREAM INTO YOUR EARS!
This is coming from someone whose not new to on-line shopping, I can bet you’ll find better offers than Jabong in terms of quality and price in any of the other websites any day! It is funny how they have the audacity to send me this mail(at 12.47PM, Today)

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS A DISGRACE! and the one that spoke to me? shall I name her? she had no idea what nonsense she was blabbering! she just couldn’t make up her mind as to what excuse she could give and she was supposed to call me after an hour now it’s been a day since that call!
HAPPY SHOPPING? NO, NOT WITH YOU! End of shopping here for me! There are definitely better places to shop than with THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE TO involve in NON-CREATIVE METHODS OF CHEATING AND UNCONVINCING EXCUSES AND HAVE NO IDEA WHATSOEVER WHAT IDIOTS THEY SEEM LIKE TO CUSTOMERS! I have a question for you, what is customer service? what is quality? what is consistency? what is selling products you OWN?
