Who needs your apologize, already I told to Shwetha that I need that goods as earliest she told me she will do it but you guys havent delivered the goods as per the customer convenience. This is the worst service I have seen in my life and more over you people are sending emails but why dont you talk to me directly. Yesterday also I told if you guys in case if you are not delivering the goods by the time which you guys have promised to me I told to transfer the money to my account by Monday. Because of you people I wasted my time and money as well and who is going to compensate those things to me.
I understand one thing that for replying email only you are taking so much of time and for calling means I don;t know how much time it will take. Is this the service you are providing to the customer.
