Order refund not done properly

I am a regular online shopper. After seeing ads in TV for Jabong, made my first purchase. That’s when the nightmare started. Waited endlessly for the Product only to know that the order would be cancelled.


Then started the hassle of refund. Refund should have been automatic, but I had was requested Bank account details for the amount to be refunded. Then only partial amount was refunded and after numerous calls to customer care, got a email saying the remaining amount would be refunded in 21 days. Its past 21 days I am still to receive the amount. My endless wait continues.


Will never ever do shopping from this fraud company.
