I purchased a garment at this store primarily because I got a voucher for rs500 from makemytrip. I searched for products and figured out there are hardly anything less than Rs500. My wife checked out garments in the 500 to 1000 range and managed to bill one of them.
When the payment happened, my card was charged twice ! The product arrived in 2 days which is very quick. The quality of the garment was very cheap. It was almost transparent cloth (for a regular wear this is pathetic !) . It was worth 100 bucks on the street side . I bought it for 700 bucks on jabong ! When the cloth was washed, it started giving out its color and the whole piece got discolored and is now unusable !
Essentially they lure you with vouchers and you end up paying for stuff which is not worth the price. The good part was the customer care. Very prompt. I got the amount refunded in a few days. What is the use of a good customer support if the product itself is sub-standard quality and overpriced ! There are lot of other options for online shopping...eBay does not have a good customer care and also delays delivery, but the quality is much better than jabong. With flipkart now getting into all kinds of products, there is really no good reason to buy at jabong....unless u get something good at the price of a voucher.....stay away from jabong !
