I ordered some clothing items from Jabong. This was the second time I had ordered from Jabong. Few items did not fit well so I requested a return.
Similar thing happened my on previous occasion. First time they happily came to my doorstep to pick up my item but second time they refused saying that it is a non serviceable area and asked me to courier it to them.
I am surprised by their abrupt or rather convenient change of policy. Clearly they want to make it difficult for us to return the purchased items.
They advertise: Hassle -Free Return" as a major factor why we should shop with them. But actually this is just a fraud.
