I would never order clothes from Jabong again. I had to send a gift to India to my pregnant sister. I sent her a maternity top which was torn. They say they have 30-day return policy, but very conveniently told me that they don’t have a return pickup service in my area code. If they can deliver defective stuff to that area code, then they can definitely arrange to pick that up.
It was a horrible experience. I lost my money as she could not courier the garment back.
They say they have a quality check team, and each product is checked for quality before shipping. But I don’t believe that.
