I have had one of the most disgust experience, while shopping online on Jabong. Would like to share my experience with others so that they don’t fall in their trap. I had ordered a bag for my brother on 19th May. The order was placed from Delhi to be delivered in Mumbai. While the delivery date was within 3 working days it’s been over a week and parcel is not yet delivered. Every 2 days the deadline in pushed by a lame message for which the customer care has no answer.
The company’s customer care sucks. They do not have any valid reason for the delay. While they would always try and convince you not to cancel the order and make big promises but the basic services itself are not met by the company. It makes me wonder if their delivery suck in large metros like Mumbai & Delhi, how they even promise to keep up the service in small towns.
Guess it’s not just me, there are many more trying to speak up through their own ways like below.

However, please also do note that these examples are only few quotes across various customers within this year. There are many more across various platforms in the previous years as well. Jabong is the worst online buying experience I ever have. NEVER BUY anything from them, Flipkart and Amazon is way awesome and reliable.
