Jabong has become a nightmare experience for me now. I had my first order placed with Jabong. Out of 4 items 2 came out defective. For one product I received a credit note of 50% value rather than full value and for the other one, despite sending numerous follow ups and pictures of defective product, I haven’t heard the response yet.
Another marketing strategy they have adopted, is to give you a 30 % discount on orders above 2K. Then they send you defective products so that when you ask for replacement, either they completely ignore you or they only give you back the money you paid while ordering which means when you order it again, you end up paying the full amount.
The sales team would easily achieve the sales target while you end up as fools.
