Just thought of writing about my experience with jabong.com, and I must say it was a real bad one.
I liked their site, but looks are certainly deceiving. I ordered a puma backpack costing around 1100 Rs. and thought it was a good deal. I waited for 2 days, 3 days, 4 days..but it never arrived. So I called their ’hotline’ number and they simply told me that my order was cancelled, and I dint even receive a mail about the cancellation. What if I haven’t called them..I paid this much and they give me nothing..They now have told me that I will get a refund and am waiting for it..hope I at least get the money back.
Don’t trust this site.
