.NEVER EVER SHOP with JABONG its a patience test
I had placed order for a dress as diwali gift to friend who stays in a different city I placed order on 5th and jabong sent me a msg that it wud be delivered by 12th. Well Diwali was on 10, 11, 12, I was just hoping that it would reach her on time .Suddenly when I checked on their website I saw that I was out for delivery on 10th. So I asked her to be prepared to receive .Unfortunately it was not delivered because I had mentioned her office address and as it was a holiday they did not deliver. I called them up on 12th they said it will be delivered asap.But again jabong’s useless partner go-javas .
Another useless people they did not deliver.On 13th I was expecting as it was no holiday no diwali it was a normal day . but I did not receive any mesg so I waited till evening I called GO-javas team asking y the product is not delived, they told me that jabong needs to raise somme req only then they wud deliver it(some useless business flow.)then I called up jabong team told them the issue, a complaint was raised.Then I took a deep breath calmed myself and hoped that she wud get the product on 14 . Again I get a mesg out for delivery. but again I forgot that it was 2nd sat a holiday .i called the g0-javas team, (unlike myntra these ppl do not sent the delivery boy’s number.) for delivery boy’s number asking him to deliver at her home address which is close by from office .the go javas refused to give the delivery boy number instead asked me to change the address in the order by calling jabong team.
Literally annoyed by their business flows I was basically co-ordinating with 2 teams.gosh and I did that changing address they said it will take 48 hrs to reflect the chage .it was a diwali gift, man jabong proved again that they are unreliable bunch of crap .i faced the same issue product not delivering on tym last year as well but I thought in 1 year they must have changed . they are useless they will remain useless NEVER TAKE THE RISK OF SHOPPING WITH JABONG .
