As there are many review saying that this is very good website and they have different offers, but in my opinion I feel different.As this is the website for fashion related product, that’s why I also tried it.
I don’t like this website because of many reason.
First of all this website don’t have good graphical design I mean user interface to attract peoples and still it take considerably more time to load the website as compared to other website who has very good graphical interface.
The second one is the product they are selling are mostly available on other website at cheaper rate so I don’t see any reason to buy from it.
Another reason is the service support from the jubong is not good.Plus they take much time to deliver the item and in many places they don’t even deliver.
As a personal experience I don’t like this website because once I have ordered t-shirt and it was short and according to the UK size I ordered and on the site also they were showing the same size so I ordered but that t-shirt was short so I returned it they offering me to take the voucher instead of giving my money back in the same transaction type.
I forced them that I don’t want your coupon give me my money back and they told me if you want your money back you have to wait for 15 days.
That I can’t say as a good service.
The app is also little bit laggy.
Overall experience was not good and that’s why I would not recommend this site to anyone.I would say try different site.
