You know what? Jabong are the worst people I have ever dealt with.
Ok.so my ticket number is 448949 and here goes my first time experience with this stupid company.wont ever click on this site again.
I ordered for a lingerie size 34D amount was 420 rs.with shipping charges of 99 it totaled to 519 rs.Firstly, when I was ordering the product your site never told me that size 34D was not available so I ordered it and guess what? I got the package the very next day and to fool me may be thats what is the USP of these people.the packet showed size written as 34D but when I opened it the item was of size 32B which is nowhere closer to what I ordered and hence I could not use it. I called customer care and the gal over phone told me that I could order something else and apologized for the inconvenience . AAhhh! apologies wont ever help!.Even then I thought let me order something else, so I picked another item with code AM946WA85HKOINDFAS price 716 rs. I was ready to pay extra this time as the product which I ordered earlier was worth 420rs only.
I called again, and told him to send me this item and I would pay the balance i.e 716 rs(new item worth)-519(the previous bill)=197 rs. Can you imagine? That guy told me that I need to pay 335rs. I was shocked and this is the break up of amount he quoted:previous item 420, new item is worth 716 so 716-420=296 plus 39 rs for delivery extra which makes 335rs. I was DISGUSTED to the core. what about those 99 rs which I paid for shipping? so that guy says in refund we can refund the shipping amount but in exchange we cannot consider that 99Rs.HELLL.so what do you guys mean? I pay 99 for the inconvenience and stupid experience you give me. Jabong guys should take the responsibility of their errors. It was not my mistake that they sent me the wrong item, on top of it they make fool of customers. When it comes to take money from customers these guys dont leave a single penny and when customer is paying, 99 rs is absolutely no amount for them?
I spoke to another gal which was supervisor there and after all the conversation and worst experience I asked her to refund my money.Then she says there will be quality check? quality check for what? They sent me 32B, which is nowhere close to my size? how the hell will I use it? But you know what, now I know its no use dealing with a nonsense company like this one.
My husband was Jabong customer and this was my first experience. I would never ever even type such nonsense website URL ever again. and thought of writing review so that they cannot fool customers going forward.also will make sure my FB friends dont come to this site.
