I will share my experience about jabong.com. I am using jabong.com service since 2 years ago. I have order clothes for my self an8d my family. The first order was coming very nice and their material quality was very nice, but when my second order was arrived, they come with poor packing and the clothes quality was very poor, that product is very different from picture and in realsatic. They show very much discount and increase there price, the they dont given discount. The product quality is very poor. The customer care service receive the calls very late and there is no any toll free num for calling it. The product quality is good only for expensive product only, and discount priduct must be made of poor quality. The delivery time is nice, but not quickly delivery option. Thy take little time for delivery it, because they use delivery courier for delivery it. The app & website is nice, and very easy to use and other it, but so many types of picture, they take loading time. The product reliability depends on the product price, because only expensive items must be good, and discount item are poor in quality.
