Though Jabong’s range of products and their service is good, there is a huge problem with their website design. Here is how it goes: first, you filter a large list of products and reduce it for browsing as per your preferences. Then you use the quick view option to see details of any one product from the filtered list. Fine so far. After this, just try to go back to your filtered list.... you just can’t !
The filters would have vanished and the entire large list can be seen again, for you to trawl through. The whole process has to be repeated again. If we save something instead of quick viewing, then after 5 or 6 saves the saved list stays put on the screen, blocking it. It’s a very frustrating and irritating experience to shop on this site when you are trying to shop for something like clothes or shoes or watches and have to keep setting and resetting filters.
After a few tries, I simply gave up and said goodbye to Jabong. If someone has a solution to this, please let me know!
