I am an inveterate online shopper . Prefers many of needs to shop online as one can be choosy over large variety available .
Before ordering a good, I generally search for it in atleast 4-5 major players . Majority of times I find that specific good is not present in Jabong . The point is Jabong offers only a limited range of goods in specific domains, footware, clothing to be specific .
The products offered in these domains are of superior quality & best brands . Till date all my footware are mostly purchased from Jabong . Products purchased are highly reliable but too pricey in terms of taxes and delivery . Jabong deliveries are very much timely, well packed and they give lot of importance to customer service . But, product return & money refund in quite time taking compared to other players . Mobile App is not so attractive and user friendly .
I wouldn’t recommend Jabong for the customers who prefer cheap and best products . but the products they offer are completely worth of every penny
