Product delivered in untidy condition for Order No.: 151108219048083(Payment Mode: Debit Card). Main issue, advertised size guide of product in website did not fit. Jabong advertised product as "15 days free Returnable/Exchangeable".
Now after a lot of communication as they initiated return(return reference number 23664703) and offered no immediate exchange, they came back sayingno reverse pickup from delivery location in Kolkata. Jabong customer care and manager conveyed about a lot of their internal processes, with which customer should not be bothered. If they can NOT simply exchange, they must not misguide buyers with "exchangeable" against product.

Why all these detail and so much inconvenience is being caused for just a request of a tidy piece of same product of another size? Why cant they simply change it and if not why they do not tell it before purchase?
