Cheaters!!!

I have ordered two items with order No 131213865683879. Both the items was sold by the same Jabong partner.

Now one item is shipped and other item is cancelled and saying "Our partner will not be able to send the product to your address as it is not served by any of the courier partners."

If this reason is true, then how your partner was able to send one item to my address?
