I bought a dinner set on 28 Nov, but due to its below average quality, I called customer care and asked them the procedure for exchange.
The customer care representative recommended me to place an order for a new item and pay again for the same and raise a return request for old item. Also when I said why should I pay again as it is exchange, he explained me that - as Jabong has not yet received old item, I should pay again, and once they pick old item from my house, then Jabong will refund back the money into my bank account. I trusted your cutomer care person and bought another dinner set paying again for it.
At the same time I raised return request for the old order on 6-Dec-2013. Till then that poor quality product is lying at my home, and in spite of following up multiple times, it has not been picked, neither money is refunded back to me. I am an active online buyer but I have never encountered such a disappointment with any other online shopping site.
