I have been meaning to shop for clothes online but was skeptical.Finally one day I opened Jabong.com and selected a few items, I was a little confused about one shoe, then I thought of calling customer care around 3:30am.
For a moment though I won’t be entertained, but surprisingly they cleared all my doubts. It was a great experience. Customer care people knew each and every detail. It was a great first time experience of shopping online at jabong. I am sure to do so again.
