I’m sharing my recent shopping experience with Jabong.com. I placed an order of Zoeyem’s Kurta on Jabong.com on 13th June 2017. I want to present this product to one of my friend on her birthday. I got a confirmation email immediately after placing the order stating, “The item is being processed”.
For next 3 days, I haven’t received any update on the status of my product. After 72 Hours, I gave a call to the customer care team of Jabong and the representative told me that my order has been cancelled. I said that it was a prepaid order and I have not cancelled the same. What surprised me the most is that the customer care executive has no idea about the reason of cancellation. He said that I will get my refund with in next 7-8 working days.
It’s a shame that a company which has quite a good reputation in Indian Ecommerce space doesn’t even bother to drop an Email or an SMS to its customer before/after cancelling an order. This is my worst online shopping experience with Jabong.
