A few days back I ordered a saree for my wife on her birthday from jabong.com .I ordered well in advance keeping in mind 3-4 days of shipping time.There was no status update of the order on their website as if the product was shipped or not.When I did not receive the package after 5 days I wrote them a mail.Some customer care representative called me to ask if I have received the package or not.On my denial , they said theyll get back to me in 24 hours.
After 1 day I received a mail from team jabong that the product I ordered was found to be defective and I will get the refund ( it took them a week to just find out that the product is defective).After another 1 day they called me to confirm if I would like to replace my product with another saree of the same pattern and price but of different colour.I said OK.Then after 3 days with 2 more calls , at last I received my product.
I am very dissatisfied with the service and wont recommend the site to anyone.
