I had ordered Casio men’s watch with thermometer from Jabong.com, I was offered Rs 1000 discount on the market price with the help of coupon code. I chose to pay COD option and amount payable was Rs 2866.When I received the product I told the Jabong delivery boy to open the parcel.he opened the parcel and gave me the watch...the watch was an duplicate of the Casio model which I had ordered from jabong.
As I had seen the original watch in the shop. I came to know it is a fake one. I called the customer care and informed about the fake watch. They refused to believe and told its the original one and told me if you don’t like you can cancel the order. As I had chose COD option I had the rejected the parcel.
