I was quite excited to place my first order on Jabong!
But unfortunately, my experience with Jabong has been more than horrible!
Wrote to them first on 11 April & since then, I’ve been following up with them - & honestly, they don’t give a hoot!
I followed up with them at least 3 times - with no results!
*If fact, Last time I wrote to them saying, I will start posting bad reviews about Jabong, even that didn’t matter to them - so you can guess how pathetic they are with their customers!
For a new company - I didn’t expect them to be so careless with the customers/prospects!
Honestly, disappointed!*
