You are lucky to have your product new or right!!

Mmm.. Jabong.com TV ADS husband literally sweating over bills...oh wait no...damaged products delivered and here starts the chasing process to reach jabong.com’s customer service. New kid on the block but really no fizz taking consumers for granted. I don’t understand when anyone starts a internet biz model why do they first focus on customer acquisition and no focus on customer retention. I mean there is a plethora of online stores in India and Word of Mouth is real quick. Reviews are customer’s real weapons! Do people want to just make some quick online money shut their businesses and run away?


It’s scary how we can get fooled!


So Buck up Jabong.com and focus on customer’s who have spent their hard earned money trusting your website and please do something about QC. We are not fools not to understand poor quality if we are using the Internet to shop the Indian customer has truly arrived. Don’t take us for a ride and please attend our calls and reply to our mails. Please take accountability for what you sell and what you publish online or advertise. Oh could you please do something about the damaged product you sent me and promised to reply soon...i’m still waiting patiently!!
