Ordered 2 products on 29th Oct 2017, lets say product A and B.
Product A was estimated to be delivered by 4th Nov and reached the destination city on 1st Nov but still not delivered. They failed to deliver the product on 4th Nov and reschedule the estimated delivery date to 7th, but on 7th they again rescheduled it for 10th Nov. In between, on 6th Nov at 6 pm I received a text message that the product is out for delivery and within 5 min another text stating that delivery attempt failed as the address was incomplete and the no was not reachable which is completely false. My address is complete and this whole drama is mala fide which was accepted by the Jabongs senior executive as well.
Now after crossing the deadline the second time, I asked them to either get the product delivered by 9 pm(called them around 5 pm on 7th Nov) or cancel the product and initiate the refund. But they completely denied and asked me to reject the delivery and let the product reach back to the origin. Does it make sense? Why would I wait for another 7 days or more for my refund? And they are still not even sure that the delivery attempt will be made by 10th Nov, so that I can reject it. They have no regards for the customers concern and keep on pushing their hard bitting policies. The policies they have are the standard procedure to be followed in generic cases and not in a rare case like this. Even the floor manager wants 48 hours time to get the task done and that too with no assurance. There TAT is 5-7 days which is absolutely ridiculous and even after 5 days TAT they failed to provide a resolution. The current situation is that even after 9 days I dont have the product and looks like my money is stuck for another 7-10 days because of their inefficiency and failure.
Now, lets come to product B, was estimated to be delivered by 6th Nov but got dispatched on 6th Nov and that too after repeated calls to senior executives.
I called them on 2nd, 5th, 6th and 7th November and had the conversation with the junior executive to senior and to the floor manager. But none were helpful, the max they can do is to apologise and document the complaint.
So, I would not suggest anyone try Jabong. They are the least reliable and have the worst customer service.
