No Response From Customer Care on Email

I have returned the dress as it was not happy with it and requested your staff for refund my money.


However it has been two weeks but I have not received my money. this is the first time I have ordered something from jabong but I am not happy with this type of customer service.


I have been ordering lot of stuff from myntra, flipkart, amazon etc.since 4 years, and I am really happy with the service they provide and I have never faced this type of situation.
