I purchased a trolley bag from jabong.com and for that I found 220 inr cashback but after purchasing I received my product on time , but I haven’t received any single rupees in cashback. I contacted there but their response was not good. customer care sent same reply to me all the times.
I know they have very good products but they don’t have good customer support.
their app and website was showing this cashback offer after offer expiry dat it means their website is not good and mainatined properly. these types of incidents say that jabong.comis not reliable site .
