I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Jabong. The delivery estimate was 14 days! People can traverse the country faster than that! I needed the shoes a bit earlier so I sent a mail to customer care and there was no response. The best part is that it’s clearly mentioned on the site that a rely shouldbe expected in 2days. I have escalated it to the next level but I’m Pretty sure that a agreeable resolution wont be reached. Their service is too slow and I’m sure I won’t be shopping with them ever again.
