Today i’m writing my take on jabong.com. It’s a good website to buy quality products( apparel’s and accessories) .They have very good variety of both indian and western wear for both formal and casual.occassions.
Yesterday only I have ordered a branded jeans through it. Which was rs 1020 on 40% discount and after applying coupon it was supposed to be 804 with taxex but what pinched me was they added 90 rs handling charges which was on bit higher side apart from that they added rs. 29 more for COD option, which I couldn’t understand why?
What they have to do extra in handling COD orders ?
These 2 things were little let down things for me, because big shopping web sites do not charge such hidden cost.
Otherwise they have good return policy and customer care in place, as I have ordered many times through jabong they generally easily take the return if you have to do. And customer srrvice is also good.
