FRAUD COMPANY - 3RD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been buy products from Jabong since year 2000. I noticed one thing that everytime there was some sort of problem small or big. I remember before also when I bought shoes couple of times, they sent me either wrong colour, incomplete package or wrong size or soemthing wrong.


This time they just frustated me when I ordered woodland 777 shoes. I got my delivery next day and this time also before signing I openeed the box and got to know that I got worng color. I ordered KHAKI and they send me DAMN CAMEL. I called the pathetic customer care who was trying to make me fool. I thought I will go on the site and check again that where is the mistake. I opened the site somewhere at the corner in a very SMALL font they mentioned Camel color however the display picture of the shoe is KHAKI. I was just pissed off, I called the customer service and asked for a manager, the call was trasnfered to SATYAJIT PAUL  who was trying to be very smart and was lieing alot.


I asked him check the site and let me know what color are they displaying, everytime he lied to me and when I asked his email addresss to send him a proof he simply refused to give me his email. Then when I showed him online he got to know where is the problem but still did’t accept that its their fault and INTENTIONALLY  they displayed wrong picture.


I have been buying this shoe because this is my all time favorite since I was in school. So who knows better than me? Woodland only offers 4 colours for this product 777, black, green, khaki and camel.


Then I sent an email to this idiot, wherein all the shoe pictures were there and also his site screenshot. He still refused that its not the one they are displaying.


He was just trying to make me a fool and said they can acccept the return, I know that damn it you will have to return it but they are taking a chance to make the customer fool that by their stratgy sending wrong products to the customer " HOW MANY WILL RETURN" atleast 50% will keep after buying and thats their deal and its BINGO for them.


I will take action against JABONG  and screw their a*s. Their badluck this time they got a wrong customer.  I will not only make their life hell also they have to change this one for me with in  24 hours and I dont care whether they have this availble or not. THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEAGAL. BLOODY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.


THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I BOUGHT ANY PRODUCT FROM JABONG. THEY JUST LOST A GOOD AND REGULAR CUSTOMER.
