I bought 1 FILA shoes, 1 Bata slipper for my mom, and 2 tees
I didnt liked the size and fitting of t shirt atfirst and I asked for the replacement, they send me bigger size but it was very big and I thought whatever I have order earlier it was better than this bigger size. In last few months I lost some weight, so all this confusion happened and then raised a request for replace for the same size Ive order earlier, they didnt took the time to finalize, they just did it even though price was increased for that product also.
I know any other ecommerce website will not try to mess up with the accounts . amazon didnt replaced it they asked for more money but why jabong is better because of this reason . I dont know whether some how I got it or they do like this or still doing, but acc to me they are far better than other companies.
I dont like about one thing about jabong, there credit system, pts expire, you will get very less chance to use them .but overall they are very good in terms of every thing.
