I’m not surprised to see the number of complaints already been posted for this bloody cheap third class online company as the kind of products they sell are worth dirtiest reviews only. I recently ordered a Guess watch for a gifting purpose(order ending with 48425) which was delivered to me in a shabby state after 5 days within Gurgaon, this luxury watch for 12500/- was already opened and used by someone.
Thankfully I gave my address for delivery and not for the person I wanted to gift this else I would been in a very embarrasing situation. Upon receiving my complaint, these shameless people had offered me a 300/- voucher stating this should compensate for what had happened and that they will ensure this will not be repeated again. NOW within another 3-4 days, unfortunately I placed another order for a London Carlton Sandles and a DK watch under order(150212600719845) and i’m shocked to see how horrific products this company sells online as the footwear delivered to me r already used, their leather is peeled off from everywhere to easily make out that this is either 2nd hand or already returned by someone.
The watch delivered has fake chrono dials that do not function which was not mentioned anywhere on the website in the product description. Both these miserable experiences of mine have now forced me to take this up legally with this disgusting company and I will take every possible step to bring their standards in front of everyone.
