Ridiculous website. Mangement very poor. Return policy pathetic. I have returned one shirt. the pick up person gave me wrong RVP slip. and the slip belongs to me was missing. I tried to contact jabong but they were continuously making excuses. They didn’t refund the money and shut my complaint.
Three times I had to explain my case to the senior executive of jabong but result was still the same. I would never ever recommend this website to anyone.
