This website was always first in my mind when I needed or wanted to buy something. I always used to talk about its wide range of products and the quality however its not the same anymore.
I recently made a purchase with Jabong(probably my last) in the month of Dec. I loved the product on display and I was even more happy with the discounts. The original cost of the item was 2500 and after discount it came down to 1000. I placed the order and paid upfront. No doubt the response and delivery time is still bang on but when I saw the product I realized how I had wasted my time. I know that these things may be limited to some brands but jabong with its name in the market should be doing the required quality checks before allowing such brands to sell on their site.
The brown thick jacket turned out to be a thin paper like sheet and the design was no way close to the one I had seen. I don’t think I will be able to buy from this site anymore. And as an FYI the product was from "Liebemode".
