Jabong is a great place for shopping on branded products. Product description is detailed and accurate. The sizes for clothing and shoes are precise. The illustrations are true to life. They offer coupons once in a while. The discounts are oftentimes useful. The customer care is responsive. They were nice enough to cancel an order and make a full refund on one occasion that I ordered something by mistake.
Having said that, they do not keep lower end items. It’s not always that one wants to buy something branded.
But the thing that steals the show is their delivery process. In the last month I have ordered stuff twice and on both occasions the order was placed in the evening and the delivery happened within 24 hrs! The product was shipped from Gurgaon to Bangalore.
