I have ordered a lot of products from Jabong,
Lately, their services are going down.
For Instance,
1st order - I asked for 34 Inch waist jean. What they sent was 28 inch waist jean with 34 inch length. The delivery boy was fighting with me on this issue.
2nd order - Ordered on 14th August, no delivery till date. Products returned to warehouse.
3rd order - Ordered on 20th August again, no delivery till date. Products returned to warehouse.
All I got in response was assurances & promises, but no product was delivered.
Now there has been consequential damages at my side as I needed those products for my friend’s party. I had to go out to shopping malls and do the shopping.
Moral of the story - You order, you wait, you wait, you wait, you call customer care, you wait more, at the end, you are fed up with Jabong and you realize that you have learnt a good lesson.
