Absolutely worthles service by Jabong!
Tall claims of easy return and refund is just a farce. Ordered a dress, waited about 15 days for it to get delivered, then to find it that its not as per the specification as mentioned by Jabong. Called in for a refund, was promised a turn around time of a week for the amount to be reflected in my account.
Its been close to a week no signs of pickup, no calls regarding the pickup. Then get a mail saying your query for refund has been resolved, thanks for choosing jabong? But till date there has been no transfer to my account.
Called Jabong again, after string of apologies get to hear that they would take another 2 weeks before the amount gets reflected in my account. And to top it all when questioned about there being no internal clarity on the process of refund, get the reply from the representative "I have told you whatever I know madam."
Beware people.
Absolutely pathetic service. Feel cheated...
