Jabong doesnt know anything about customer services. All of orders delayed by a minimum of 7 days and upon inquiry they respond back in a rude manner saying this is the third partys mistake and they dont care about their services. Is it we who appointed them as Jabongs courier partner.
They indirectly say if you are not accustomed to delays in order delivery better stay away from Jabong. This is from their chief managers mouth. Pathetic services.Stay away.there are plenty of other e-retailers who provide quality services.
