I used to shop from Jabong on a regular basis. However, during the last 3 months the service has been deteriorated.
They also refuse to accept the product even if you return within 14 days of purchase(as per their return policy).
It has also been observed that the products seem to be used ones(like you don’t get the feel of showroom purchase). Also when you try to apply discount coupon on their website it doesn’t work on all product categories and when you call them about the same they give excuses that your coupon is expired even though it is active.
Also they used to send SMS alerts on a daily basis regarding their offers and discounts. This is ridiculous as I used to shop from other e-commerce companies and they don’t send alerts on a daily basis. When you inform them to stop the alerts they will not bother to respond or reply. Even if you tell them numerous times the SMS alerts will not stop.
This is the most unprofessional and unorganized company I have ever come across. Now I have completely stopped shopping from their website due to the above horrible experiences and will never ever shop from them again.
