I ordered one wills brand trouser but when I opened the packet there was un-branded poor quality item inside. Initiated return of the item and the courier took the item back but still not received any refund or communication from jabong in this regard. It appears that there is no system at jabong to check whether correct item is being sent to customer or not. And when the customers returns the product he does not get refund. There should be no star given in this case but that option is not available.
