I recently bought apparels under a Flat 38% off offer from jabong.com. I wish to share my experience with jabong. First thing, the service:
once I placed an order, they have done these things to me.
i.which day the shipping is done
ii. next day another message, track ID and details
iii. very next day another message, making you sure that their courier person will come on particular day.
They kept me updated all the time. Really loved this part. I received my courier three days later and found, one of my shirt is not up to my expectations.Immediately mailed them. Surprise, within few hours they called me, asking me whether I need exchange or anything else. Well I chose another product. here I had a small confusion as, the new product I selected cannot be given as exchange to old phone. They gave a list of items which I can chose under their 30 day return policy.(I am sure within 30 days if you don’t use it, you can return it back to them, Its a great option).
After confirmation, they have sent me my new product. It is very beautiful jeans. I liked it a lot. But again a small misfortune. It is some what over-sized for me. I mailed them halfheartedly, whether they can do an exchange with same product but a sub-sized one.
Shocking.They agreed to exchange the product again that too for free. I was very happy to hear from them. This is a big deal. Exchanging the product twice is really good thing. I THINK jabong people really want to give customer satisfaction a first and foremost priority. This didn’t end here. The below few lines will even more make you love this site.
During my second exchange of my product, they informed me that, original price of the product is reduced. So they offered me a freebie for the excess amount which they had. I chose a deodorant. The next day itself they confirmed the order and sent both the jeans and deo combined in single pack.
Now you think, which site will inform you that product price is decreased and offer you something for that excess amount?After all no one will offer you a second exchange and service is up to date. They will make you feel comfortable. One more thing they had policy like you can open you package before your courier boy, If u don’t like it you can return it at the same time. No time delay.
It is one of the best shopping experience I had with jabong people.
