I am like, you have no record of what you earned and what you paid, and why all card and bank statements, why not just the card I used to purchase. I refused to provide all statements.
Eventually I never got the cashback. Lessons learned, avoid Jabong, there are sites offering better service. And go for discount on the cart itself instead of cashback.
